·          Children aged 11 years and above will be charged as adults

·          Children aged 7–10 years: 85% of the land package cost

 

Booking Terms:

·        To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment of the total package cost is required

·        🛂 Passport or Aadhaar and PAN card copies are mandatory for confirmation

·        Payment receipt will be shared via soft copy upon receiving the advance

·        💳 Balance payment must be completed at least 10 days prior to the travel date

❌ Cancellation Policy – Singha Tourism

At Singha Tourism, we understand that travel plans can change. However, cancellations affect group operations and bookings. Below are our standard cancellation terms:

• After booking confirmation & advance payment: A minimum of 10% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• If rescheduled (preponed/postponed) 30 days or more before travel date: Only 5% deduction, and new pricing will be based on hotel and transport costs for the revised dates.
• 30 days before departure: 20% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 40% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• 10 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• 6 to 9 days before departure: 60% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• 48 hours to 5 days before departure: 90% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• Within 48 hours or No Show: 100% of the total package cost will be forfeited.
